知识产权保护对我国ICT产品出口的影响研究——以“一带一路”沿线国家为例

Research on the Impact of Intellectual Property Protection on China’s ICT Products Export

作为数字经济的重要支撑——ICT产品在全球价值链的重塑与再造、国际分工与合作、贸易利益分配等方面发挥重要作用。基于2005-2019年我国对“一带一路”沿线国家ICT产品出口的面板数据,本文利用系统GMM和分位数回归,实证检验了知识产权保护对我国ICT产品出口的影响。研究发现:“一带一路”沿线国家知识产权保护水平的提高对我国ICT产品出口具有显著提升效应,并且这种提升效应在电子元件类产品出口中表现得更为明显。分位数回归结果表明:“一带一路”沿线国家知识产权保护对我国ICT产品出口的贸易提升效应主要分布在高分位点。因此,要重点关注“一带一路”沿线国家知识产权保护水平,并根据ICT产品出口的阶段性特征,灵活调整出口策略,进一步提高我国与“一带一路”沿线国家ICT产品的贸易质量。

As an essential support of the digital economy,ICT products play an important role in the reshaping and reengineering of global value chains,international division of labor and cooperation,and distribution of trade benefits.Based on the panel data of China’s ICT product exports to countries along the Belt and Road from 2005 to 2019,the systematic GMM and quantile regression are used to examine the impact of intellectual property protection on China’s ICT product exports.The results show that the improvement of intellectual property protection in countries along the Belt and Road has a significant enhancement effect on China’s ICT products export,and this enhancement effect is more obvious in the export of electronic components.The quantile regression results show that the trade enhancement effect of intellectual property protection in countries along the Belt and Road on China’s ICT products export is mainly distributed in the high-quantile.Therefore,attention should be fixed on the level of intellectual property protection in countries along the Belt and Road,and the export strategy should be flexibly adjust according to the stage characteristics of ICT products export,so as to improve the trade quality of ICT products between China and countries along the Belt and Road.
