小剂量锂剂在糖尿病肾病中作用研究进展

Role of low-dose lithium in diabetic nephropathy

摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病患者的微血管并发症,发病率呈上升趋势,可导致终末期肾病,其发病机制尚不明确。糖尿病肾病患者肾组织糖原合成酶激酶3β的表达明显增高,动物实验表明锂剂可负向调控糖原合成酶激酶3β,可能是糖尿病肾病治疗的新方法。本文就小剂量锂剂在糖尿病肾病中肾脏保护作用的动物实验研究进展作一综述。 Diabetic nephropathy is a microvascular complication of diabetes with an increasing incidence,leading to end-stage renal disease.The pathogenesis remains unclear.Glycogen synthase kinase-3βexpression increases significantly in the renal tissues of patients with diabetic nephropathy.The animal experiments showed that lithium could negatively regulate glycogen synthase kinase-3β,which might be a new treatment method for diabetic nephropathy.This paper reviews the animal research progress of protective effect of low-dose lithium on kidney in diabetic nephropathy.
