国家文化公园建设中档案深度参与机制与路径

Mechanism and Path for Deep Archival Participation in the Construction of National Cultural Parks

档案工作发挥着记录和挖掘文化遗产和文化记忆、传播和发展优秀传统文化的独特价值,在全面推进国家文化公园建设工程中的作用不可或缺。当下,档案工作深度参与国家文化公园建设的机制有待优化、路径有待明确。首先,在对当下档案工作参与国家文化公园建设现状进行网络调查的基础上,分析了档案工作价值发挥存在的问题。其次,提出覆盖国家文化公园建设全过程时序的深度参与机制,即在国家文化公园建设的准备阶段夯实建设基础、实施阶段多维度参与建设、存续阶段致力于开发利用工作。最后,分析档案工作参与国家文化公园建设的路径导向,档案部门需要坚持走好价值路径、合作路径和创新路径,更好地发挥档案工作在国家文化公园建设中的价值引导、联盟合作和利用服务效能。

Archival work plays a unique role in recording and excavating cultural heritage and cultural memory,disseminating and developing excellent traditional culture,and plays an indispensable role in comprehensively promoting national cultural park construction projects. At present,the mechanism for archival work to deeply participate in the construction of national cultural parks needs to be optimized and the path needs to be clarified. First,on the basis of a network survey on the current situation of archives’ participation in the construction of national cultural parks,the problems in how to play the value of archives are analyzed. Secondly,a deep participation mechanism covering the whole process of national cultural park construction is proposed,namely,consolidating the construction foundation in the preparation stage of national cultural park construction,participating in construction in multiple dimensions in the implementation stage,and devoting to development and utilization in the survival stage.Finally,the path orientation of archives’ participation in the construction of national cultural parks is analyzed. The archives department needs to adhere to the value path,cooperation path and innovation path to better play the value guidance,alliance cooperation and utilization service effectiveness of archives in the construction of national cultural parks.
