Coping Ability of University Archives in Major Emergencies

高校档案馆在应对火灾、盗窃等传统突发事件上积累了丰富经验,但面对各种新型的重大突发事件,存在风险意识不足、制度建设不健全、应对能力欠缺等挑战。以智慧档案馆建设为抓手,构建以高校档案馆为中心的突发事件档案资源的协同共建与共享平台、建立突发事件专题档案数据库、优化人力资源供给结构、创新网络服务方式等有助于提升高校档案馆的应急能力和服务效能。

University archives have accumulated rich experience in response to traditional emergencies such as fire and theft.However,in face of various new types of major emergencies,university archives have challenges such as insufficient risk awareness,imperfect system construction,and lack of coping ability. Taking the construction of smart archives as the starting point,it will help improve the emergency coping ability and service efficiency of university archives to build a collaborative co-construction and sharing platform for emergency archives resources centered on university archives,to establish a special database of emergency archives,to optimize human resources supply structure and to innovate network service method.
