高校教学类电子档案单套制管理探究

Study on the Single Set Management of Electronic Teaching Archives in Colleges and Universities

在“互联网+”电子政务的深入发展下,高校电子档案归档与传统纸质档案归档在移交、存储方式上都存在不同。文章以高校教学活动中所形成的有价值的电子资料存储为研究目标,分析高校教学类档案归档现状,单套制下电子档案在归档、存储、利用中的优势以及当前遇到的困难,在制度、管理、技术等方面提出解决策略。

With the in-depth development of “Internet +”e-government,electronic archiving in colleges and universities is different from traditional paper archiving in the way of transfer and storage. Taking the valuable electronic data storage formed in the teaching activities of colleges and universities as the research target,this paper analyzes the current situation of archiving teaching archives in colleges and universities,the advantages of electronic archives in archiving,storage and utilization in single set system and the difficulties encountered at present, and proposes solutions to the problems in terms of system, management and technology.
