纸浆修补技术应用于古籍修复领域的分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Application of Pulp Repair Technology in Ancient Books Restoration

纸浆修补技术应用于破损古籍修复,具有修复效率高、过程可逆、工序简练等优点,反映出纸浆材料在古籍修复方面具有不同以往的一些特色。文章首先对纸浆修复技术的发展、古籍破损类型及其修复方法进行了归纳与应用分析,接着对纸浆修补技术与破损位置填补连接的可行性进行了论述,以纸浆补书机与手工纸浆修补的两种实现方式进行分析对比。通过对纸浆修补性能与修复效果影响的评价,提出纸浆修补技术的修补工艺、修补方式与结构创新应成为未来主要的研究方向,最后展望纸浆修补技术发展前景。

The pulp repairing technology used in the restoration of damaged ancient books has the advantages of high efficiency,reversible process and simple working procedure,which reflects that the pulp material has some special features in the restoration of ancient books. This paper summarizes and analyzes the development of pulp repair technology,the types of damaged ancient books and the restoration methods. Then it discusses the feasibility of patch and connection in the damaged area with the pulp repair technology,and analyzes and compares the two realization methods of the pulp repair machine and the manual pulp repair respectively. Based on the evaluation of pulp repair performance and repair effect,it is proposed that the repair technology,repair mode and structural innovation of pulp repair technology should be the main research direction in the future. Finally,the development prospect of pulp repair technology is raised.
