摘要
对羟基苯甲醛的分子结构中含有活泼的醛基和酚羟基,表现出特殊的反应活性,可作为平台化合物延伸合成多种其他功能化合物,是一种极具工业开发价值的精细化工中间体。依据起始原料的不同,分类概述了对羟基苯甲醛的制备方法,并分析了不同制备方法的优缺点。结合对羟基苯甲醛制备过程中存在的问题,提出以生物质源化合物为原料,采用原子经济性高的绿色合成路线来制备对羟基苯甲醛的工艺方法将是最有效的解决方案。
The molecular structure of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(PHBA)contains active aldehyde and phenolic hydroxyl,which exhibit special reactivity and can be extended to synthesize a variety of functional compounds.It is a fine chemical intermediate with great industrial development value.Based on the different starting raw materials,the synthesis method of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde is classified and summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are analyzed.Finally,based on the problems in p-hydroxybenzaldehyde synthesis technology,a new technical development idea is proposed to use biomass-derived compounds as raw materials and to adopt a green synthesis route with high atom economy to prepare p-hydroxybenzaldehyde.It will be the most effective solution.
