摘要
以费托合成装置副产的混醇为研究对象,通过长期取样分析得到其经典组成,根据经典组成配制模型混合物,并按照m(模)∶m(甲醇)=0、0.05、0.1、0.5和1的比例加入甲醇制丙烯反应原料中。同时为满足MTP反应的进料要求,将混醇进行预处理,按照相同的比例添加至反应原料中,探究其部分替代甲醇制丙烯原料后对产物分布的影响。结果表明,混醇进料会改变MTP反应的产物分布,使催化剂使用寿命缩短。随着添加比例的增加,产物中丙烯、C_(4)^(=)和C_(5+)质量分数逐渐减小,乙烯质量分数和双烯收率随之增加。
Taking the mixed alcohols by-product of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis unit as the research object,the classic composition was obtained through long-term sampling and analysis.The model mixture was prepared according to the classic composition and added to the reaction raw materials of methanol to propylene according to m(model misture)∶m(methanol)=0,0.05,0.1,0.5,1.At the same time,in order to meet the feed requirements of the MTP reaction,the mixed alcohols were pretreated and added to the raw materials in the same ratio to explore the effect on the product distribution.The results showed that the mixed alcohols feed changed the product distribution of the MTP reaction and shorten the life of the catalysts.With the addition ratio increased,the selectivity of propylene,C_(4)^(=)and C_(5+)gradually decreases,and the selectivity of ethylene and the diene yield increases accordingly.
