摘要
某公司MTBE二套装置首次使用大连华邦化学有限公司生产的DD-1B(HP-4)新型高选择性加氢催化剂,脱除与1-丁烯沸点接近的1,3-丁二烯,投用后反应器出口1-丁烯损耗≤2.3%(质量分数),加氢反应器出口丁二烯+丙二烯含量(2~3)×10^(-6),表现出良好的反应活性和选择性。该催化剂使用前不用激活,使用过程中不用再生,具有降低运行消耗,避免装置停工,无环境安全风险的优势,运行周期超过6年,可替代该领域进口催化剂。
The new catalysts for highly selective hydrogenation DD-1B(HP-4)produced by Dalian Huabang Chemical Co.,LTD.,was used to remove 1,3-butadiene whose boiling point is close to butene-1 for the first time in the MTBE units of a petrochemical company.The catalyst showed good reactivity and selectivity.The loss ratio of 1-butene is≤2.3%(mass fraction)at reactor outlet.The content of butadiene and propylene at the outlet of the hydrogenation reactor is(2-3)×10^(-6).No activation and regeneration are needed.The catalyst can reduce operating consumption,avoid plant shutdown and free of environmental safety risk.Operation cycle has been more than 6 years.It can replace the imported catalyst in this field.
