Application and Policy Suggestions of Green Finance in Transport Industry

摘要 2020年9月,我国提出了“2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和”的宏伟目标,这对交通运输行业绿色低碳发展既是挑战更是机遇。如何用好绿色金融助力交通运输行业碳减排是今后一个重要方向。近年来,绿色金融在我国迅速发展,其在交通运输行业的应用规模也在不断扩大。为了更好发挥绿色金融对交通运输行业的支持作用,推动我国绿色发展、实现碳达峰碳中和目标,本文系统总结了交通运输行业绿色金融的应用现状及当前存在的主要问题,并结合国外绿色金融的发展经验,从提出交通运输行业绿色产业目录、创新交通运输行业绿色金融产品及服务、给予市场更多发展空间等方面,提出了推进我国交通运输行业绿色金融发展和应用的政策建议。 In September 2020,China puts forward the ambitious goal of“achieving carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060”,which is both a challenge and an opportunity for the green and low-carbon development of the transport industry.How to use green finance to support the development of the transport industry to reduce carbon emissions is an important direction for the future.Green finance is developing rapidly in China and its application scale in the transport industry is also expanding during these years.In order to play a better role of green finance in supporting transport industry,help to promote green development and achieve China’s carbon peak and carbon neutral goal,this paper summarizes the application and the main problems of green finance in the transport industry.Then by combining with the development experiences of green finance in foreign countries,it puts forward policy recommendations for the development and application of green finance of transport industry in China,including putting forward a catalogue of industries for green finance in the transport industry,strengthening policy advocacy and guidance,innovating products and services of green finance in the transport industry,and providing the market more room for development.
