我国定制公交发展的问题与对策

Study on the Adaptability Evaluation of Customized Public Transport in China

定制公交作为多模式公共交通系统的重要组成部分,通过集合相似出行需求的个体,提供量身定制的公共交通出行服务。近年来,多地已有定制公交的有益探索,但“叫好却不叫座”,其中有定制公交本身功能属性的约束,也有企业发展策略和配套政策等方面的原因。本文基于问卷调查和乘客访谈,从需求侧和供给侧的角度总结了定制公交发展中存在的堵点,并为未来定制公交发展提出措施建议。

Customized public transport is an important part of multi-mode public transport system,which provides tailor-made public transport travel services by gathering individuals with similar travel needs.In recent years,many places have customized bus beneficial exploration,but many of them are not effective in the market.The customized buses themself have functional attributes constraints,and enterprise development strategy and supporting policies and other reasons as well.Based on questionnaire survey and passenger interview,this paper summarizes the blocking points in the development of customized buses from the both perspectives of demand and supply side,and puts forward measures and suggestions for the future development of customized buses in China.
