摘要
利用固/液复合法将液态6061铝合金熔体包覆AZ91D镁合金半固态坯料,制备出AZ91D/6061双金属复合铸锭,分析了不同外熔体温度对界面显微组织的影响,研究了界面相的形成、元素扩散及其热力学与动力学。结果表明:复合界面主要分为三个区域,其相组成主要有Al_(12)Mg_(17)和Al_(3)Mg_(2)两相;通过计算两相的热力学和动力学参数可知,由于Al_(12)Mg_(17)相所需的活化能比Al_(3)Mg_(2)相的低,所以Al_(12)Mg_(17)优先于Al_(3)Mg_(2)生成。另外,界面反应扩散层是由界面反应和扩散反应协同控制完成。
Using the solid/liquid composite method,AZ91D/6061 bimetallic composite ingots were prepared by coating AZ91D magnesium alloy semi-solid billet with liquid 6061 aluminum alloy melt,and the effect of the temperature on the interface microstructure was analyzed,and the formation,the diffusion of the elements and the thermodynamics and kinetics of the interface were investigated.The results show that the composite interface is divided into three regions,which are composed of Al_(12)Mg_(17) and Al_(3)Mg_(2) phases.By calculation of the thermodynamics and dynamics of two phases,Al_(12)Mg_(17) is less active than Al_(3)Mg_(2),so Al_(12)Mg_(17) is first forms before Al_(3)Mg_(2).In addition,the interface reaction diffusion layer is completed by the interface reaction and diffusion reaction.
