面神经微血管减压术后疗效评价方法的研究现状

Research status of curatiue efficacy evaluation methods after microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm

微血管减压术(microvascular decompression,MVD)作为面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm,HFS)的外科治疗方式,其疗效已被广泛报道。然而不同研究中对于如何进行术后疗效的评价却没有统一标准:使用的评价量表、包含的评价内容不尽相同,研究结果分组、分级也各有差异。本文通过对面神经微血管减压术后疗效的评价方法展开综述,梳理更为科学、合理、实用的术后疗效评价体系。

Microvascular decompression has been widely reported as a surgical treatment for hemifacial spasm.However,there is no unified standard for the evaluation of postoperative efficacy in different studies:the evaluation scale used and the evaluation content contained are different,and the grouping and grading of research results are also different.This article reviews the evaluation methods of postoperative efficacy of facial nerve microvascular decompression,and practical evaluation system for postoperative efficacy.
