摘要
某金矿石金品位较低,仅为0.88 g/t,采用常规浮选工艺,精矿金品位仅为8.22 g/t,为进一步提高精矿金品位,针对该矿石性质,进行了提高精矿金品位的浮选条件试验。结果表明:选用对金矿物具有良好捕收性能、选择性好且对黄铁矿等硫化矿物捕收能力弱的特效捕收剂JP217,以及矿泥携带量少、泡沫黏度较低的起泡剂MIBC,并添加适量乙硫氮强化扫选作业浮金,在最佳条件下,获得了精矿金品位为23.48 g/t、金回收率为77.16%的较好指标。
The low gold grade of a gold ore, which is only 0.88 g/t, makes conventional flotation process, with the gold grade of gold concentrates only being 8.22 g/t.In order to further improve the gold grade of gold concentrates, flotation condition tests according to the ore property are carried out.The results show that when specially effective collector JP217 that is good in collecting and selecting gold minerals while poor in capturing sulfide minerals like pyrite, and frother MIBC that carries less ore slime and less sticky foam are used, and proper amount of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate is added to enhance scavenging for gold flotation, the gold grade of concentrates and gold recovery rate can be 23.48 g/t and 77.16 % respectively under optimal conditions, which is good index.
