摘要
排山楼金矿产生的氰化尾渣堆存于尾矿库,为实现其作为骨料应用于井下充填,进行了低温焙烧除氰试验,并对焙烧温度、焙烧时间、焙烧厚度及密实度等进行了优化。结果表明:低温焙烧可有效去除氰化尾渣中总氰化合物,处理后尾渣中总氰化合物质量浓度降至≤0.05 mg/L,满足地下水标准要求,符合井下充填作业条件,为黄金矿山氰化尾渣综合利用提供了新思路。
The cyanide tailings from Paishanlou Gold Mine are stockpiled in the tailings pond.In order to use them as aggregates for underground backfills, experiments on cyanide removal by low temperature roasting were carried out.Besides, roasting temperature, roasting time, roasting thickness and compactness are optimized.The results show that the low temperature roasting method can effectively remove the total cyanide from cyanide tailings.After the treatment, the total cyanide mass concentration can be reduced to less than 0.05 mg/L,meeting the requirement of groundwater standard and living up to the underground backfilling operation conditions.The study provides a new idea for the comprehensive utilization of cyanide tailings in gold mining enterprises.
