摘要 通过回配焦炉烟道气降低氮氧化物是源头减排的重要手段。将烟道气由汇合烟道引出,通过回配风机加压送回焦炉内,降低上升气流中的氧气含量,从而降低立火道内燃烧强度,从源头上减少氮氧化物的生成量,达到源头降氮的目的。通过对传统工艺方案优化,解决了传统工艺存在工艺布置不合理、结构复杂、系统安全性差的问题,使得整体工艺布局合理美观、安全措施完备、使用效果良好。 Coke oven waste gas recycling plays an important role in reducing NO_(x)for emission cut from the source.The waste gas from basement flue is pressurized by blower and sent back to coke oven to reduce the oxygen content in the updraft,so as to reduce the combustion intensity in vertical flue and minimize the generation of NO_(x)from the source as well as achieve the target of reducing nitrogen at the source.By optimizing the conventional process,the problems can be tackled,such as irrational layout of process equipment,complex structure and poor security,so that we will have a reasonable and beautiful process arrangement,complete safety measures and satisfactory performance as as whole.
