摘要
针对复合煤气加热焦炉烟气难以处理的现状,采用活性炭脱硫脱硝除尘脱白一体化工艺,在满足烟气污染物超低排放的同时,实现了污染物资源化的目标。阐述了焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝技术的工艺选择、工艺原理和技术特点,对生产运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析讨论,在焦化行业内具有推广和借鉴意义。
Due to the current situation that it is difficult to treat the flue gas of coke oven fired by MG,an integration technology is adopted,i.e.DeSO_(x) and DeNO_(x) by activated carbon adsorption+dedusting+de-pluming,therefore the requirement for ultra-low emission of flue gas can be met,and the target of pollutant resource can be realized.This paper expounds the philosophy of process selection,principle and technical features as well,and analyzes the problems in the production,which is worth of promoting in the coking industry.
