加味补中益气汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗老年反流性食管炎患者的效果

Effects of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules in treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

目的:观察加味补中益气汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗老年反流性食管炎患者的效果。方法:选取92例老年反流性食管炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组采用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合加味补中益气汤治疗,比较两组疗效、胃肠激素指标[胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)]水平、中医证候积分、瘦素(Leptin)水平、促人生长激素腺释放肽(Ghrelin)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.30%,明显高于对照组的71.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组GAS、MTL水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃容物上涌、食欲减退、胃痛等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Ghrelin水平高于对照组,Leptin水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗老年反流性食管炎患者可提高治疗总有效率、胃肠激素指标水平和Ghrelin水平,降低中医证候积分和Leptin水平,效果优于单纯奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules in treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods:92 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,while the observation group was treated with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The curative effects,the gastrointestinal hormone levels[motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)],the TCM syndrome score,the leptin(Leptin)level,the growth hormone releasing peptide(Ghrelin)level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than 71.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of GAS and MTL in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as upwelling of stomach contents,loss of appetite,and stomach pain in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of Ghrelin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the level of Leptin was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of the elderly patients with reflux esophagitis can improve the total effective rate,the gastrointestinal hormone levels and the Ghrelin level,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the Leptin level.Moreover,it is superior to single Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules treatment.
