摘要
目的:比较多层螺旋CT检查与X线检查在周围型肺癌诊断中的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年4月至2021年4月该院收治的82例周围型肺癌患者的临床资料,患者入院后均接受X线检查和多层螺旋CT检查,并经病理学检查确诊。比较X线检查与多层螺旋CT检查的影像学特征(空洞、分叶征、血管集束征、胸腔积液、胸膜凹陷征、支气管征、毛刺征、空泡征)检出率和诊断周围型肺癌的准确率。结果:多层螺旋CT检查的空洞、分叶征、血管集束征、胸腔积液、胸膜凹陷征、支气管征、毛刺征、空泡征等影像学特征检出率依次为29.27%(24/82)、56.10%(46/82)、91.46%(75/82)、58.54%(48/82)、68.29%(56/82)、64.63%(53/82)、57.32%(47/82)、25.61%(21/82),分别高于X线检查的6.10%(5/82)、30.49%(25/82)、74.39%(61/82)、28.05%(23/82)、42.68%(35/82)、29.27%(24/82)、32.93%(27/82)、9.76%(8/82),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT检查诊断周围型肺癌的准确率为93.90%(77/82),高于X线检查的74.39%(61/82),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT对各影像学特征的检出率和诊断周围型肺癌的准确率均高于X线检查。
Objective:To compare effects of multi-slice spiral CT examination and X-ray examination in diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 82 patients with peripheral lung cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received X-ray examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination after admission,and the diagnosis was confirmed by pathological examination.Then,the imaging features(cavity,lobulation sign,vascular convergence sign,pleural effusion,pleural indentation sign,bronchial sign,spiculation sign,vacuole sign)detection rates of X-ray examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination and the accuracy rate om the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer were compared.Results:The detection rates of imaging features such as cavity,lobulation sign,vascular convergence sign,pleural effusion,pleural indentation sign,bronchial sign,spiculation sign,vacuole sign in multi-slice spiral CT were 29.27%(24/82),56.10%(46/82),91.46%(75/82),58.54%(48/82),68.29%(56/82),64.63%(53/82),57.32%(47/82),25.61%(21/82),higher than 6.10%(5/82),30.49%(25/82),74.39%(61/82),28.05%(23/82),42.68%(35/82),29.27%(24/82),32.93%(27/82),9.76%(8/82)of X-ray examinations,separately,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the accuracy rate of multi-slice spiral CT examination in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer was 93.90%(77/82),which was higher than X-ray examination of 74.39%(61/82),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The detection rate of each imaging feature and the accuracy rate in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer by multi-slice spiral CT are higher than those of X-ray examination.
