循证护理在老年疝气手术患者中的应用效果

Application effects of evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with hernia surgery

目的:观察循证护理在老年疝气手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取94例老年腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理,比较两组术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度、护理前后心理表现行为评分和生命质量评分。结果:术后第1、3天,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.38%(3/47),低于对照组的21.28%(10/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.87%(46/47),高于对照组的80.85%(38/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组烦躁、抑郁、紧张等表现评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日常饮食、精神活力、躯体舒适评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年疝气手术患者应用循证护理可降低术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率和心理表现行为评分,提高满意度和生命质量评分,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with hernia surgery.Methods:94 elderly patients with inguinal hernia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the evidence-based nursing.The postoperative pain degree[visual analog scale(VAS)]score,the incidence of complications,the nursing satisfaction,the psychological performance behavior score and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:1 and 3 days after the surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.38%(3/47),which was lower than 21.28%(10/47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.87%(46/47),which was higher than the control group of 80.85%(38/47),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the performance scores of irritability,depression and tension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the daily diet,mental vitality and physical comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The evidence-based nursing for the elderly patients with hernia surgeries can reduce the postoperative pain score,the incidence of complications and the psychological performance behavior score,and improve the satisfaction and the quality of life scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
