医护一体化联合微信平台诊疗护理在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者中的应用效果

Application effects of health care integration combined with WeChat platform diagnosis and treatment nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis

目的:观察医护一体化联合微信平台诊疗护理在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者中的应用效果。方法:选取86例急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用医护一体化联合微信平台诊疗护理,比较两组溶栓准备时间、住院时间、护理前后神经功能缺损程度[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]评分、自理能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]评分和心理状态[精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)]评分。结果:观察组溶栓准备时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组NIHSS和SCL-90评分均低于对照组,MBI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化联合微信平台诊疗护理应用于急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者可缩短溶栓准备时间和住院时间,降低NIHSS和SCL-90评分,以及提高MBI评分,其效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of health care integration combined with WeChat platform diagnosis and treatment nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis.Methods:86 patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the health care integration combined with WeChat platform diagnosis and treatment nursing.The thrombolysis preparation time,the hospitalization time,and the neurological deficit degree score before and after the nursing[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],the self-care ability[modified Barthel index(MBI)]score and the psychological state[symptom checklist(SCL-90)]score were compared between the two groups.Results:The thrombolysis preparation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the NIHSS score and the SCL-90 score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the MBI score was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The health care integration combined with WeChat platform diagnosis and treatment nursing in the patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis can shorten the thrombolysis preparation time and the hospitalization time,reduce the NIHSS score and the SCL-90 score,and improve the MBI score.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
