基于微信平台的5 A护理在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果

Application effects of WeChat platform-based 5A nursing in patients with bronchial asthma

目的:观察基于微信平台的5A护理在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法:选取104例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各52例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取基于微信平台的5A护理,比较两组护理前后肺功能指标[最大通气量(MVV)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流速(PEF)]水平、生命质量[哮喘生活质量量表(AQLQ)]评分、护理满意度和疾病知识知晓率。结果:护理后,研究组MVV、FVC、PEF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自我健康的关心、对刺激原反应、心理情绪、哮喘症状、活动受限等各项AQLQ评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为94.23%(49/52),高于对照组的78.85%(41/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理1个月后疾病认知、技能掌握、健康知识掌握和康复锻炼知晓率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采取基于微信平台的5A护理可提高支气管哮喘患者肺功能指标水平、生命质量评分、护理满意度和疾病知识知晓率,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of WeChat platform-based 5A nursing in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:104 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as the research objects and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group was given the WeChat platform-based 5A nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of pulmonary function indicators[maximum ventilation volume(MVV),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory flow(PEF)],the quality of life[asthma quality of life scale(AQLQ)]score,the nursing satisfaction and the disease knowledge awareness rate were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the levels of MVV,FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AQLQ scores of self-health concern,response to stimuli,psychological mood,asthma symptoms,activity limitation and the like in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was 94.23%(49/52),which was higher than the control group of 78.85%(41/52),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the rates of disease cognition,skill mastery,health knowledge mastery,medical compliance behavior and rehabilitation exercise awareness in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the WeChat platform-based 5A nursing can improve the pulmonary function index levels,the quality of life score,the nursing satisfaction and the disease knowledge awareness rate in the patients with bronchial asthma.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
