摘要
试验旨在研究混合型乳酸菌制剂对会宁县不同品种青饲玉米青贮品质的影响,为优质青贮玉米的推广及其加工调制提供参考依据。试验采用双因子交互设计(品种、添加剂),选择种植在会宁的14个青饲玉米品种,进行桶装青贮,每个品种分两个青贮处理,即混合型乳酸菌制剂组(Sila-Max)、空白对照组(CK),发酵60 d后分析对比各品种营养成分及发酵特性。结果表明:‘蜀玉201’的WSC和Starch含量显著高于其他品种,‘利单295’的ADF、NDF、Ash含量均较低,‘宁单34号’、‘金凯3号’LA含量显著高于其他品种。本研究表明,品种和乳酸菌制剂会影响青饲玉米青贮品质,乳酸菌制剂能增加部分品种Starch,WSC,ESC,LA,AA含量,同时降低NH_(3)-N含量,自然青贮下青贮品质较好的品种有‘利农368’、‘利单295’,加入乳酸菌制剂后青贮品质较好的品种有‘宁单34号’、‘金穗715’、‘蜀玉201’、‘豫青贮23’、‘桂青贮1号’。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of mixed lactic acid bacteria preparation on silage quality of different green corns in Huining county,and to provide reference basis for high-quality silage corn popularization and processing.Two-factor(variety,additive)interactive design was used in the experiment.Fourteen green forage corn varieties planted in Huining of Gansu Province were selected for barrel ensiling harvested.Each variety was divided into two treatments(mixed lactic acid bacteria preparation group,Sila-Max;and blank control group,CK)with 3 replicates in each group.The nutritional quality and fermentation characteristics were analyzed and compared between varieties after 60-day fermentation.The results showed that WSC and starch content of Shuyu 201 were significantly higher than other varieties;ADF,NDF and Ash of‘Lidan 295’were the lowest,and the content of LA in‘Ningdan 34’and‘Jinkai 3’were significantly higher than other varieties.The comprehensive test showed that Sila-Max treatment could improve the silage quality,and‘Ningdan 34’,‘Jinsui 715’,‘Shuyu 201’,‘Yusilage 23’and‘Gui silage 1’showed higher silage quality under lactic acid bacteria preparation treatment.
