摘要
以陕西北元化工集团股份有限公司电解槽打火为例,分析阴阳极打火的原因有:阴极液循环不畅;金属离子引起打火,绝缘不良,涂层脱落,离子膜脱落。并给上针对性的控制措施,进一步改善系统运行的安全性和稳定性。
Taking the case of electrolytic cell sparking in Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.,the causes of anode and cathode sparking are analyzed:poor cathode fluid circulation,metal ions,poor insulation,coating falling off,and ion exchange membrane falling off.Corresponding control measures are proposed to improve the safe and stable operation of the system.
