摘要
利用特种树脂吸附分离含锌含铁废酸中的Zn^(2+)时,也吸附了一定量的Fe^(2+),因此,从树脂上脱吸得到的脱吸液中同时含有Zn^(2+)和Fe^(2+)。介绍了分离脱吸液中Zn^(2+)和Fe^(2+)的方法:先将Fe^(2+)氧化成Fe^(3+),再加入氢氧化钠,分离出氢氧化铁和氢氧化锌,最后得到氢氧化铁滤饼、氢氧化锌滤饼和氯化钠溶液。得到的氯化钠溶液不含铁锌杂质,可以回收利用。
When Zn^(2+) in waste acid containing zinc and iron was adsorbed and separated by special resin,a certain amount of Fe^(2+) was also adsorbed.Therefore,the desorbing solution obtained by desorbing the resin contained both Zn^(2+) and Fe^(2+).The method of separating Zn^(2+) and Fe^(2+) from the desorbing solution was introduced Firstly Fe^(2+) was oxidized to Fe^(3+),then sodium hydroxide was added to separate iron hydroxide and zinc hydroxide finally iron hydroxide filter cake,zinc hydroxide filter cake and sodium chloride solution were obtained.The obtained sodium chloride solution did not contain iron and zinc impurities and could be recycled.
