俞募埋线配合穴位拔罐对单纯性肥胖患者瘦素脂联素比的影响

Influence of Catgut Embedding at Shumu Point Combined with Acupoint Cupping on Leptin-Adiponectin Ratio in Simple Obesity Patients

目的观察俞募穴位埋线配合穴位拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖患者的临床疗效及对瘦素脂联素比的影响。方法用随机数字表将70个单纯性肥胖症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组35例,治疗组给予穴位埋线配合拔罐治疗,穴位埋线每两周治疗1次,2次为1个疗程,连续治疗6次,共3个疗程;拔罐疗法的穴位与埋线穴位相同,每周1次,4次1个疗程,连续治疗12次,共3个疗程。对照组给予相同穴位埋线治疗,其操作、疗程均与观察组相同。治疗期间2组均禁食碳水化合物。观察治疗前后患者体重、BMI、腰围、臀围、收缩压、舒张压、心率的变化。抽取2组患者空腹血液,观察其中肥胖相关激素瘦素、脂联素、瘦素脂联素比值、胰岛素,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数的变化。结果穴位埋线配合穴位拔罐与仅使用穴位埋线方法对单纯型肥胖患者的体重、腰围、臀围、瘦素和瘦素脂联素比值等指标治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),但穴位埋线配合拔罐治疗的患者疗效更显著(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线对单纯型肥胖有治疗效果,它能使患者瘦素脂联素比值降低,且穴位埋线配合穴位拔罐的治疗效果优于单纯使用穴位埋线法。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of catgut embedding at Shumu point combined with acupoint cupping in the treatment of simple obesity patients and the effect on leptin-adiponectin ratio.Methods:70 simple obesity patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,35 cases each group.The treatment group was given acupoint catgut embedding combined with cupping therapy,acupoint catgut embedding treatment once every two weeks,2 times 1 course of treatment,6 times of continuous treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The acupoints of cupping therapy are the same as those of catgut embedding,once a week,4 times a course of treatment,12 times of continuous treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The control group was given catgut embedding therapy at the same acupoints,and the operation and course of treatment were the same as those in the observation group.During the treatment period,the patients of the two groups were fasted from carbohydrates.The changes of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were observed before and after treatment.The fasting blood of the patients in the two groups was drawn to observe the obesity-related hormones leptin,adiponectin,leptin-adiponectin ratio,insulin,and the changes of insulin resistance index were calculated.Results:There were significant differences in the body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,leptin and leptin-adiponectin ratio of simple obesity patients before and after treatment between acupoint catgut embedding combined with acupoint cupping and acupoint catgut embedding method alone(P<0.05),but the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with cupping therapy is more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding has a curative effect on simple obesity,and can reduce the ratio of leptin-adiponectin in patients,and the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with acupoint cupping is better than that of acupoint catgut embedding method alone.
