梅花针叩刺联合直针刺治疗斑秃的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Alopecia Areata Patients with Plum-Blossom Needle Combined with Straight Acupuncture

目的探讨梅花针叩刺联合直刺法治疗斑秃患者的临床疗效。方法收集斑秃病例62例,随机分为2组。其中观察组、对照组各31例,分别予以梅花针叩刺联合直针刺治疗、5%的米诺地尔酊外用。2组分别治疗8周,比较2组治疗前后的SALT、DLQI评分,并检测2组T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化。结果治疗8周后,观察组、对照组总有效率分别为84.00%、68.00%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组SALT评分、DLQI评分均较治疗前有所下降,且观察组下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后2组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平有所升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺联合直针刺治疗斑秃可有效改善患者免疫功能,减轻患者症状,促进头发生长、改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of plum-blossom needles combined with straight acupuncture in the treatment of patients with alopecia areata.Methods:62 alopecia areata patients were collected and randomly divided into two groups,31 cases each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with plum-blossom needles combined with straight acupuncture and the patients in the control group were given 5%minoxidil tincture for external use.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks respectively.The SALT and DLQI scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the changes in the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were detected.Results:After 8-week treatment,the effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 84.00%and 68.00%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SALT and DLQI scores of the two groups were decreased than the prior treatment and the observation group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8-week treatment,the levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) in the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plum-blossom needles combined with straight acupuncture in the treatment of alopecia areata patients can effectively improve their immune function,relieve their symptoms,promote their hair growth and improve their quality of life.
