割手密糖分性状利用进展与探讨 被引量:3

摘要 蔗糖分是甘蔗遗传改良的重要目标性状,甘蔗基础杂交的艰巨性和长期性导致遗传基础的狭窄影响了甘蔗蔗糖分遗传改良进程。割手密是甘蔗育种中最具价值的野生种,开发利用其新的基因源,和基础杂交思路将是解决此现状的重要途径。本文简要概述了甘蔗和割手密糖分改良与研究现状,割手密创新利用方面的进展及存在的问题,分析了割手密用于糖分改良的潜力。探讨了割手密在糖分性状改良上的开发利用思路:将筛选出糖分高的割手密材料用于高贵化育种,将性状优良的多个割手密血缘聚合到一个割手密材料,创制高糖割手密材料,将创制的高糖割手密材料再一次自交增加基因型的纯合度,提高其后代的糖分及纯度。 Sucrose content is an important target trait of sugarcane genetic improvement.The total genetic variation of sugarcane gene pool is reduced,which leads to the slow progress of sugarcane sucrose genetic improvement for a long time.S.spontaneum L.is one of the most valuable wild species in sugarcane breeding.The development and utilization of new sources of variation has become an inevitable move to make an important breakthrough in sugarcane sucrose genetic improvement.This paper briefly summarized the current situation of sugar improvement and the progress of innovative utilization of S.spontaneum L.,analysis the feasibility of sugar utilization.The idea of developing and utilizing the breeding potential of S.spontaneum L.in sugar characters was discussed that the selected S.spontaneum L.material with high sugar is used for noble breeding,aggregating multiple S.spontaneum L.blood with excellent characteristics transfer into one S.spontaneum L.material so as to create high sugar S.spontaneum L.material which once again increase the homozygosity of the genotype,and improve the sugar and purity of the offspring.
