甘蔗梢腐病及其防治进展

Advance on Sugarcane Pokkah Boeng Disease and Its Control

由镰刀菌复合种引起的甘蔗梢腐病是近年来在我国各蔗区普遍发生的一种真菌性病害,症状主要表现为甘蔗梢部叶片卷曲腐烂,严重影响甘蔗的产量和品质,成为制约我国蔗糖业健康持续发展的一大挑战。本文通过归纳国内外甘蔗梢腐病相关文献,简述了梢腐病病原菌、发生特点、危害情况及发展规律,并分析了甘蔗梢腐病防治研究存在的问题,从寄主、病原和环境3个角度阐述甘蔗抗病品种的选育、化学和生物防治及田间管理等综合防治措施。

Sugarcane pokkah boeng disease(PBD)caused by the Fusarium species complex(FSC)occurs widely and becomes a severe challenge in sugarcane sustainable development in China.The leaves of sugarcane tip curl and rot infected by FSC cause severe losses of yield and quality of sugarcane.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on PBD and its control.This paper briefly summarized the pathogen and its occurrence,damage,disease development and integrated control practices of sugarcane PBD.The problems in the prevention of sugarcane PBD were analyzed.It also put forward to the sugarcane breeding for resistant cultivars,chemical and biological control strategy,and field management based on the interaction of pathogen,host,and environment in the future.
