澳大利亚蔗糖产业发展的特点与启示

Characteristics of Sugar Industry in Australia and Its Enlightenment for China

甘蔗是我国食糖生产的主要原料。进入“十四五”以来,国家对蔗糖产业发展提出了新的要求,绿色、高效、高质量、强竞争力已成为主要发展目标。为了适应新形势的发展,给我国蔗糖产业发展提供借鉴,本文从育种、耕作栽培、管理、收获、机械化、制糖生产及综合利用、运输、存储、贸易、政策等方面对蔗糖产业发达国家澳大利亚的蔗糖产业情况进行分析,总结其产业发展特点,据此提出对我国蔗糖产业发展可借鉴的思路与措施:加强蔗区基础条件建设、加强甘蔗机械化的研发与推广、依靠科技创新提高产业技术综合水平、加快推动信息技术与糖业生产管理深度融合发展等,以期为我国蔗糖产业的高质量发展提供有益参考。

China is one of the largest sugar production and consumption countries,pay great attention on importance sugar safety.As the main raw material of sugar production,sugarcane plays a very important role in the whole sugar industry.Since entering the"14th Five-Year Plan",the country has put forward new requirements for the development of sugar industry.Green,high efficiency,high quality and strong competitiveness have become the main development goals.In order to provide reference to the development of China’s sugar industry,this article from the tillage breeding,cultivation,management,harvesting,mechanization,sugar production and comprehensive utilization,transportation,storage,trade,policy of sucrose industry developed countries-the Australian sugar industry was analyzed,and summarizes its industry development characteristics,and from strengthening the basic conditions of the sugarcane area construction,strengthen the research and development and promotion of sugarcane mechanization,rely on scientific and technological innovation to improve industrial technology level,accelerate the development of sugar production and management of information technology in depth fusion aspect puts forward ideas and suggestions,in order to provide useful for the development of the high quality of cane sugar industry in China.
