摘要
通过调查128份番茄种质资源材料主要农艺性状,利用Cf-5、Ty-1、Ty-2、Ty-3、Sw-5共5个抗病基因分子标记鉴定抗病基因,筛选综合性状优良种质资源。结果表明,不同番茄种质资源材料农艺性状及抗病性上均存在一定差异,具有较好遗传变异潜力,同时筛选出含有3种抗病基因材料2份,含有2种抗病基因材料12份,为番茄优良品种选育奠定基础。
In this study, the main agronomic traits of 128 tomato germplasm resources were investigated, and the germplasm resources with excellent comprehensive traits were screened by using Cf-5, Ty-1, Ty-2, Ty-3 and Sw-5 molecular markers for disease resistance gene identification. The results showed that there were some differences in agronomic characters and disease resistances among different tomato germplasm resources materials, and this batch of materials had good genetic variation potential. At the same time, two materials containing three disease resistance genes and 12materials containing two disease resistance genes were screened out, which laid a foundation for the selection of excellent tomato varieties.
