长链非编码RNA在肝细胞肝癌中的研究进展

Research progress of long non-coding RNA in hepatocellular carcinoma

肝细胞肝癌(HCC)是临床常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,具有发病隐匿、病程进展快、术后复发率高、致死率高等特点,已严重威胁中国乃至全球居民的生命和健康,是亟需解决的重大医疗问题。随着高通量测序技术的飞速发展,长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)在众多生命活动中发挥的重要作用得到医学界研究人员的广泛重视。本文对LncRNA的功能及其在HCC发生发展中的作用进行阐述,并分析其对HCC的诊断与治疗潜力,以期为HCC的基础研究与临床医学研究提供参考依据。

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the malignant tumors of digestive system,it has the characteristics of occult onset,rapid progression,high postoperative recurrence rate and high mortality,and has seriously threatened the lives and health of residents in China and even the world,which is a major medical problem that needs to be solved urgently.With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology,the important roles of long noncoding RNA(LncRNA)in many life activities has attracted extensive attention in various academic circles.The paper elaborated the functions of LncRNA and its roles in the occurrence and development of HCC,and analyzed its potential in diagnosis and treatment of HCC,which is of great significance to both basic and clinical research.
