摘要
将铝电解电容器用铝箔在500℃下进行12 h、15 h、18 h、21 h的最终退火处理,采用模拟腐蚀处理、扫描电镜检测及后期软件分析等方法系统性地研究了退火时间对表面活性L值、宏观腐蚀性能及微观腐蚀发孔情况的影响。结果表明,铝箔的表面活性L值、比电容、折弯强度、平均孔径、孔密度及总孔面积占有率皆随退火时间的增加呈现出先增加后减小的趋势,在退火时间为15 h时各值达到最高,分别为86.31、0.753μF/cm^(2)、49回、1.41μm、1.39×10^(7)/cm^(2)、27%;铝箔的平均孔长随退火时间的增加无明显变化规律。
12h,15h,18h,21h final annealing treatment were conducted for aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitor under 500℃.By using the methods of simulating corrosion treatment,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)examination and software analysis,the an⁃nealing time performance of corrosion on the surface active L value,macro and micro corrosion hole were systematically stud⁃ied.The results show that all of the surface activity L value,specific capacitance,bending strength,average pore size,pore density and total pore area share of aluminum foil increase first and then decrease with the increase of annealing time,and the values reach the high⁃est when the annealing time is 15h,they are 86.31,0.753μF/cm2,49,1.41μm,1.39×10^(7)/cm^(2)and 27%respectively.The average hole length of aluminum foil has no obvious change with the increase of annealing time.
