摘要
研究了在5182合金铸造过程中添加不同种类和不同用量的Al-Ti-B晶粒细化剂对铸态晶粒细效果的影响。采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察铸态晶粒的形貌与尺寸变化情况,进行对比测试。结果表明,在同样的添加水平下,B类铝钛硼丝的细化能力要明显优于A类铝钛硼丝。当晶粒尺寸达到相同水平时,B类铝钛硼丝的用量仅为A类的1/3,而且B类铝钛硼丝不同批次间的细化稳定性要高于A类铝钛硼丝。根据研究结果分析出了5182铝合金铸锭在线生产时的最优配比方案,能够有效提高生产效率,降低晶粒细化剂的使用成本。
The effects of different kinds and contents of Al-Ti-B grain refiner on the effect of as-cast grain refining in the casting pro⁃cess were studied.The morphology and size changes of as-cast grains were observed by metallographic microscope and scanning elec⁃tron microscope.The results show that the refinement ability of product B is stronger than that of product A under the same addition level.And the amount of product B is only 1/3 of that of product A when the grain size reaches the same level.Moreover,the refining stability of product B in different batches is higher than that of product A.According to the research results,the optimal proportion scheme of 5182 aluminum alloy ingot in on-line production is analyzed,which can improve the production efficiency and reduce the use cost of grain refiner.
