摘要
简述了一种船用超宽薄壁带筋板铝合金型材的开发过程。从型材生产难度及可行性、工模具的标准化系列化、可能存在的风险(如“大帽”)、工艺参数制定等方面进行了科学合理的论证,并针对工模具大角度宽展带来的成形问题进行了有针对性的修模,最终满足了图纸要求。值得一提的是,模套的大角度宽展论证及应用是开发该超宽薄壁型材的一大亮点。该型材的成功交付,为小机挤大料提供了一种优化工模具结构的办法和思路,值得借鉴和推广。
This paper introduced the development process of a super-wide thin-wall profile for marine.From the difficulty and feasi⁃bility of profile,standardization and serialization of tool and mould,possible risks(such as"big cap"),the formulation of process parame⁃ters,scientific and reasonable argumentation,and in view of the large angle of tool and mould expansion caused by the molding prob⁃lems for targeted mold repair,finally which meet the requirements of the drawings.It is worth mentioning that the demonstration and application of the large angle expansion of the mold sleeve is a bright spot in the development of the super-wide thin-wall pro⁃file.The successful delivery of the profile provides a method and idea to optimize the structure of the mould for small machine extru⁃sion,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
