摘要
目的:整合国内外造口治疗师护理角色与实践的最佳证据。方法:应用循证护理方法检索循证数据库、循证指南制作中心、造口官方协会等网站的相关指南、系统评价和专家共识,检索时间为2015年1月1日—2020年12月31日。对不同类型研究进行文献质量评价及证据级别评定,提取并整合符合标准的证据。结果:共纳入文献9篇,其中指南4篇,专家共识4篇,系统评价1篇。结合临床专家判断,总结了5个方面(造口治疗师角色、造口专科护理、造口健康教育、循证实践与科研、政策建议)共29条造口治疗师护理角色与实践的最佳证据。结论:应加强国内造口护理专科化、科研化建设,形成以病人价值偏好和利益选择为基础的,由造口治疗师主导、多学科协作的造口护理方案,以推进循证护理实施。
Objective:To integrate the best evidence on ostomy therapists'nursing role and practice in China and abroad.Methods:Evidence⁃based nursing methods were used to retrieve relevant guidelines,systematic reviews,and expert consensus on websites such as evidence⁃based databases,evidence⁃based guideline production centers,and official stoma associations.The retrieval time was from January 1,2015,to December 31,2020.Literature quality and evidence level assessments were conducted for different types of studies,and evidence that met the standards was extracted and integrated.Results:A total of 9 pieces of literature were included,including 4 guidelines,4 expert consensuses,and 1 systematic review.Combined with the literature and the judgment of clinical experts,5 aspects(role of ostomy therapist,stoma specialist nursing,stoma health education,evidence⁃based practice and scientific research,and policy recommendations)were summarized,with a total of 29 pieces of best evidence on the nursing role and practice of stoma therapists.Conclusions:It is necessary to strengthen the professionalization and scientific research construction of stoma nursing in China,form a stoma nursing program led by stoma therapists,cooperate with multiple disciplines based on the patient's value preference and choice of interests,and promote the implementation of evidence⁃based nursing.
