摘要 从肌肉减少性肥胖的运动策略、营养策略、药物策略3个方面综述老年肌肉减少性肥胖运动和营养研究新进展,以期预防和对抗老年性肌肉减少性肥胖,改善肌肉减少性肥胖病人的身体成分变化和身体功能。
