摘要
为提高废弃混凝土再生材料的使用量,以100%废弃混凝土再生集料作为路面基层集料,进行了原材料试验、配合比设计、不同水泥掺量稳定再生集料的击实试验和无侧限抗压强度试验。结果表明:再生集料规格良好,最佳含水率在5.5%~7.5%之间;在水泥掺量为3%和4%时,再生集料的无侧限抗压强度不低于天然集料的强度,可以满足高等级公路和重载交通路面基层的建设要求;建立了针对再生集料的静压成型和振动成型的无侧限抗压强度之间的对应关系,为工程建设提供依据。
In order to improve the usage of recycled aggregate of waste concrete,in the paper,the 100%recycled aggregate of waste concrete is used as the aggregate of pavement base to carry out raw material test,mix proportion design,compaction test of stable recycled aggregate with different cement contents and unconfined compressive strength test.The results show that the recycled aggregate has good technical indexes and the optimum moisture content is between 5.5%and 7.5%.When the cement content is 3%and 4%,the unconfined compressive strength of recycled aggregate is not lower than that of natural aggregate,which can meet the construction requirements of high-grade highway and heavy-haul traffic pavement base.The corresponding relationship between the unconfined compressive strength of static pressure molding and vibration molding for recycled aggregate is established,which provides the basis for project construction.
