模块化手术模式在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术学习曲线期的应用体会

Experience and lessions of modular operation mode in the learning curve stage of Laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery

目的总结分析模块化手术模式在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术学习曲线期的经验和体会。方法回顾性分析郑州人民医院普外二科2016-04—2018-04开展模块化手术模式行腹腔镜直肠癌手术40例患者的临床资料。结果本组患者中顺利完成腹腔镜手术37例,3例中转开腹,无输尿管损伤,术后吻合口瘘2例。结论模块化手术模式在腹腔镜直肠癌手术学习曲线期,有益于开展腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术的顺利进行,但是开展腹腔镜直肠癌的手术团队应接受腹腔镜专业培训及团队协作训练。

Objective To summarize and analyze the experience and lessons of modular operation mode in the learning curve stage of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 40 patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery in the second Department of General Surgery of Zhengzhou People's Hospital from April 2016 to April 2018.Results Totally 37 cases underwent successful operation,3 cases were transferred to laparotomy,no ureteral injury,and 2 cases had anastomotic fistula.Conclusion The modular operation mode is beneficial to the success of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery in the learning curve stage,but the team to carry out laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery should receive professional training and teamwork.
