摘要
回转窑生产石灰需要消耗大量煤粉或者高热值的煤气作为燃料,也有生产线使用煤粉、焦炉煤气或天然气与高炉煤气混烧。与此同时,高炉煤气、转炉煤气也作为炼铁过程所需的低热值气体燃料,钢铁行业一直在寻求提高其利用率的有效方法。本文分析了低热值煤气在石灰回转窑中的利用现状,并对一种新的利用方法进行了介绍。
A large amount of coal or gas with high calorie value is used for the production of lime in rotary kilns. Coal,coke oven gas or natural gas are mixed fired with blast furnace gas in some production lines. At the same time,blast furnace gas and converter gas are low calorie value gas fuels for iron-making process,and the steel industry has been looking for ways to improve the utilization rate of them. In this paper,the utilization status of low calorie value gas in lime rotary kiln is analyzed,and a new utilization method is introduced.
