医学检验专业英语作为基础性课程,其主要培养学生阅读英文文献、撰写英文科技论文和国际交流能力,为学生全面发展奠定基础。检验医学合作交流不断深入,对医学检验专业学生英语水平要求较高,应始终基于岗位胜任力,把握后续岗位应用要求,有针对性地开展医学检验专业英语教学,获取较佳的教学成效。高校培养人才中,应精准性确定学生未来发展方向,促使就业与教学深度衔接,从不同视角提出英语教学策略,为提高医学检验学生英语水平奠定基础。该文就以岗位胜任力为导向的医学检验专业英语教学开展论述。

As a basic course of medical laboratory English,it mainly cultivates students'ability to read English literature,write English scientific papers and international communication,and lay a foundation for students'all-round development.Laboratory medicine cooperation and exchanges continue to deepen,and the English proficiency requirements for medical laboratory students are relatively high.They should always be based on job competency,grasp the application requirements of subsequent positions,and carry out targeted English teaching for medical laboratory majors to obtain better teaching results.In cultivating talents in colleges and universities,it is necessary to accurately determine the future development direction of students,promote the deep connection between employment and teaching,and put forward English teaching strategies from different perspective,so as to lay a foundation for improving the English level of medical examination students.This article discusses the professional English teaching of medical laboratory based on job competency.
