情景模拟教学对提高临床检验教学质量的效果观察

摘要 目的分析针对临床检验教学质量的提升应用情景模拟教学的效果与作用。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月24名在山西卫生健康职业学院进修的学生作为研究组,采用情景模拟教学模式,另选择2019年1—12月在该院入学进修的24名学生作为对照组,行传统带教模式。比较两组教学效果和学生满意度,比较两组学生临床实践技能、团队协作、知识接受度及主动性评分。结果研究组总有效率95.83%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生满意度87.50%,显著高于对照组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后操作技能、理论知识及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组学生主动性评分、团队协作评分、知识接受度及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学模式用于临床检验教学有助于提高学生学习主动性,使学生更好地掌握专业课程,优化带教质量。 Objective To analyze the effect and function of applied scenario simulation teaching for improving the teaching quality of clinical examination.Methods 24 students who were studying in Shanxi Health Vocational College from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study group,and the scenario simulation teaching mode was adopted.In addition,24 students who enrolled in the school from January to December 2019 for further study were selected as the control group to follow the traditional teaching mode.The teaching effect and student satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the scores of clinical practice skills,teamwork,knowledge acceptance and initiative were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The student satisfaction of the study group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.83%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the operation skills,theoretical knowledge and total score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the students'initiative score,teamwork score,knowledge acceptance and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of scenario simulation teaching mode in clinical inspection teaching can help improve students'learning initiative,enable students to better master professional courses,and optimize the quality of teaching.
