子宫腺肌病患者超声消融术后的疼痛现状及护理管理措施分析

Analysis of Pain Status and Nursing Management Measures after Ultrasonic Ablation in Patients with Adenomyosis

目的分析子宫腺肌病患者超声消融术后的疼痛现状及护理管理措施。方法选取2021年1—12月在该院妇科工作的医务人员32名,按照随机抽样分组法将其分为两组,参比组16名医务人员应用基础方式管理,观察组16名医务人员应用疼痛护理管理。分析不同组别医务人员进行管理后的考核成绩、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医务人员的考核成绩优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的工作能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妇科工作的医务人员进行管理时,应用疼痛护理管理能够丰富医务人员妇科相关知识,锻炼工作能力,提高管理满意度。

Objective To analyze the pain status and nursing management measures of patients with adenomyosis after ultrasound ablation.Methods A total of 32 medical staff working in the gynecology department of the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random sampling method.16 medical staff in the reference group were managed by basic methods,and 16 medical staff in the observation group were managed by pain nursing.The assessment results,work ability and management satisfaction of different groups of medical staff after management were analyzed.Results After the management,the examination results of medical staff in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the medical staff responsible for the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff in gynecology,the application of pain nursing management can enrich medical staff's knowledge of gynecology,exercise work ability,and improve management satisfaction.
