摘要
目的探析骨科护理管理中实施护理安全管理的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月在该院骨科工作的医护人员22名作为参比组,应用基础方式管理;选取2021年1—12月在该院骨科工作的医护人员22名作为观察组,应用护理安全管理。分析两组医护人员管理后的骨科测评成绩、工作能力和患者管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医护人员的骨科测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科医护人员应用护理安全管理能够丰富医护人员骨科理论知识,锻炼医护人员工作能力,提高患者管理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing nursing safety management in orthopaedic nursing management.Methods 22 medical staff working in the orthopaedic department of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the reference group,applied basic methods management.22 medical staff working in the orthopaedic department of the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,applied nursing safety management.The orthopaedic evaluation scores,work ability of medical staff and management satisfaction of patients of two groups after management were analyzed.Results After management,the orthopedic evaluation scores of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the medical staff in charge of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing safety management of medical staff working in orthopaedics can enrich the theoretical knowledge of medical staff in orthopaedics,exercise the working ability of medical staff,and improve management satisfaction of patients.
