进阶层级化模式应用在老年病科护士管理中的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究进阶层级化模式应用于老年病科护士管理中的可行性。方法选取2019年11月—2021年12月该院老年病科在职护理人员12名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2019年9月—2020年9月)和管理后(2020年10月—2021年10月)。管理前进行传统护理管理模式,管理后进行进阶层级化护理管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员综合能力、心理压力、应对方式。结果管理后护理人员护理常规、临床操作、安全意识、预见能力、沟通技巧等综合能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员紧张感、失控感等心理压力评分显著低于管理前,积极应对评分显著高于管理前,消极应对评分显著低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后职业认知评价、职业社会支持、职业社交技能、职业自我反思、职业挫折等职业认同感评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论就老年病科护理人员实施进阶层级化护理管理模式,可显著提升护士综合能力、降低心理压力,促进其以积极的方式应对护理工作,强化职业认同感。 Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the advanced hierarchical model to the management of geriatric nurses.Methods A total of 12 in-service nurses in the geriatrics department of our hospital from November 2019 to December 2021 were selected.According to different time,it was recorded as before management(September 2019 to September 2020)and after management(October 2020 to October 2021).The traditional nursing management mode was carried out before the management,and the advanced nursing management mode was carried out after the management.The comprehensive ability,psychological pressure and coping style of nursing staff before and after management were compared.Results The nursing routine,clinical operation,safety awareness,foreseeing ability,communication skills and other comprehensive ability scores of nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the psychological stress scores of nursing staff such as tension and loss of control were significantly lower than before management,positive coping score was significantly higher than before management,and negative coping score was significantly lower than before management,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of occupational cognitive evaluation,occupational social support,occupational social skills,occupational self-reflection,occupational frustration and other occupational identity scores after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the hierarchical nursing management model for nursing staff in geriatrics can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of nurses,reduce psychological pressure,promote them to deal with nursing work in a positive way,and strengthen their professional identity.
