分析岗位量化考核在电诊科介入护士护理管理中的应用效果

Analysis of the Application Effect of Post Quantitative Assessment in the Nursing Management of Interventional Nurses in the Electrodiagnostic Department

目的分析岗位量化考核在电诊科介入护士护理管理中的应用效果。方法共有36名电诊科介入护士于2019年5月—2021年5月在该院任职,该院于2020年6月—2021年5月在电诊科介入护士护理管理中应用岗位量化考核,2019年5月—2020年5月电诊科介入护士则接受常规护理管理模式。对不同护理管理模式的应用效果展开分析。结果相比常规护理管理模式下,岗位量化考核模式下护理人员护理能力各项评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);岗位量化考核模式下护理人员工作满意度评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);岗位量化考核模式下护理人员工作压力各项评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);岗位量化考核模式下护理管理效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电诊科介入护士护理管理中应用岗位量化考核,护理人员护理能力及护理人员工作满意度均有所提高,其工作压力有所减轻,护理管理效果更佳。

Objective To analyze the application effect of post quantitative assessment in the nursing management of interventional nurses in the electrodiagnostic department.Methods A total of 36 interventional nurses in the electrodiagnostic department worked in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021.During the period from June 2020 to May 2021,the hospital applied post quantitative assessment in the nursing management of interventional nurses in the electrodiagnostic department.From May 2019 to May 2020,the interventional nurses in the electrodiagnostic department of the hospital accepted the routine nursing management mode.The application effect of different nursing management modes was analyzed.Results Compared with the routine nursing management mode,the nursing ability scores of nursing staff in the post quantitative assessment mode were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff's job satisfaction scores in the post quantitative assessment mode were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff's work pressure scores in the post quantitative assessment mode were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management effect was better under the post quantitative assessment mode,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quantitative assessment of positions in the nursing management of interventional nurses in the electrodiagnostic department has improved the nursing ability of nursing staff and the job satisfaction of nursing staff,their work pressure has been reduced,and the nursing management effect has been better.
