Developing Laboratory Record Table with Excel VBA

目的为提高效率并保证临床实验室记录的真实性,保护环境,降低成本,该研究拟实践、开发一种以电子记录替代纸质记录的方法。方法该研究研究采用Excel VBA(2007版),以制作窗体及编程的方式,实现记录电子化,部分内容实现自动记录(如日期、时间等);通过程序控制,防止已有的记录被更改,保证记录的真实性。结果与纸质记录相比,Excel VBA优势明显:无纸化、环保、低成本;操作简便,记录速度快;记录日期真实,杜绝突击性补历史记录的作假行为;记录位于医院的网络内,在权限范围内数据共享,调用方便;具有快速查询分析功能,而纸质记录无法做到。结论Excel经过二次开发利用,可明显提高临床实验室的工作效率。

Objective In order to improve efficiency and ensure the authenticity of clinical laboratory records,protect the environment and reduce costs,this study intends to practice and develop a method to replace paper records with electronic records.Methods In this research,Excel VBA(version 2007)is used to realize electronic records by making forms and programming,and some contents are automatically recorded(such as date,time,etc.).Through program control,the existing records are prevented from being changed,and the authenticity of the records is guaranteed.Results Compared with paper records,Excel VBA has obvious advantages:Paperless,environmentally friendly and low-cost.Simple operation and fast recording speed.The record date is true,and the fraudulent behavior of supplementary historical records is avoided.The record is located in the hospital's network,and the data is shared within the scope of authority,which is convenient to call.It has the function of quick query and analysis,which cannot be done by paper records.Conclusion Excel can significantly improve the work efficiency of clinical laboratories after secondary development and utilization.
