PBL联合微信教学法在颅脑外伤带教中的应用分析 被引量:1

Application Analysis of PBL Combined with WeChat Teaching Method in the Teaching of Traumatic Brain Injury

摘要 目的探究以问题为导向(PBL)教学联合微信教学法在颅脑外伤带教中应用价值。方法选取2018年9月—2021年6月四川省德阳市人民医院神经外科73名实习生为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为A组(37名)、B组(36名),将其以不同实习年份分成亚组(A1~A3组、B1~B3组);在对其进行颅脑外伤带教中,A组实习生应用微信教学,B组实习生应用PBL联合微信教学法,比较两组实习生考核成绩、综合能力(自主学习能力、创新思维及表达能力、沟通交流能力)及教学满意度。结果B组实习生考核成绩水平高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组学生自主学习能力、创新思维及表达能力、沟通交流能力评分均较A组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组带教满意度为97.22%,较A组81.08%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颅脑外伤带教中应用PBL联合微信教学法,可提升实习生考核成绩及综合能力,同时可提升带教满意度。 Objective To explore the application value of problem-based(PBL)teaching combined with WeChat teaching method in the teaching of traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 73 interns from the Department of Neurosurgery of the People's Hospital of Deyang City,Sichuan Province from September 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into group A(37 students)and group B(36 students),and divided into subgroups(A1-A3 groups,B1-B3 groups)according to different internship years.During the teaching of traumatic brain injury,the interns of group A applied WeChat teaching,and the interns of group B applied PBL combined with WeChat teaching method.The assessment results,comprehensive ability(self-learning ability,innovative thinking and expression ability,communication ability)and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups of interns.Results The performance level of interns in group B was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-learning ability,innovative thinking and expression ability,and communication ability of students in group B were higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of group B was 97.22%,which was higher than that of group A,81.08%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with WeChat teaching method in the teaching of traumatic brain injury can improve the assessment performance and comprehensive ability of interns,and at the same time can improve the satisfaction of teaching.
