2020年长沙市苯作业工人血常规结果分析

摘要 目的分析苯作业工人血常规检查结果,为职业病防治提供科学依据。方法选取2020年1—12月在长沙市疾病预防控制中心行职业健康检查的5165名苯作业在岗工人为研究对象,设为接触组,选择同期在该中心体检的5137名不接触苯的在岗工人为对照组,对两组工人的血常规结果进行统计分析。结果接触组血常规异常率、白细胞异常率、中性粒细胞异常率分别为12.7%、6.5%、4.1%,对照组分别为6.4%、3.2%、2.3%,接触组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性的血常规异常率(15.1%)明显高于男性(11.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄组血常规异常率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同工龄组血常规异常率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期接触苯,会对作业工人的血液系统造成一定程度的损害,引起血常规的改变,相关部门应积极采取预防控制措施,保障作业工人的健康。 Objective To analyze the results of routine blood test of benzene workers and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.Methods A total of 5165 on-the-job benzene workers who underwent occupational health examinations in Changsha Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and set as the exposure group.5137 on-the-job workers who were not exposed to benzene who underwent physical examination in our center during the same period were selected as the control group.Statistical analysis was performed on the blood routine results of the two groups of workers.Results The abnormal rate of blood routine,white blood cell abnormality,and neutrophil abnormality rate in the exposure group were 12.7%,6.5%,and 4.1%,respectively,and those in the control group were 6.4%,3.2%,and 2.3%,respectively,and the exposure group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of blood routine in women(15.1%)was significantly higher than that in men(11.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant in the abnormal rate of blood routine among different age groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the abnormal rate of blood routine among different working age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term exposure to benzene will damage the blood system of workers to a certain extent and cause changes in blood routine.Relevant departments should actively take preventive and control measures to ensure the health of workers.
