数字化护理管理模式在消毒供应中心腔镜器械管理中应用研究

Research on the Application of Digital Nursing Management Mode in the Management of Endoscopic Instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨数字化护理管理模式在消毒供应中心腔镜器械消毒管理中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年9月—2021年8月南通市海安市人民医院消毒供应中心接收的3446包腔镜器械消毒管理相关资料,其中2020年9月—2021年2月未采取数字化护理管理模式期间接收的1723包为对照组,2021年3—8月行数字化护理管理模式期间接收的1723包为观察组。对比两组腔镜器械管理不良事件发生情况、腔镜器械消毒管理质量。结果观察组腔镜器械管理不良事件发生率为1.10%,低于对照组的2.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腔镜器械回收、腔镜器械清洗消毒、腔镜器械包装、腔镜器械发放评分及腔镜器械消毒管理质量总分分别为(8.29±0.73)分、(8.01±0.79)分、(8.13±0.80)分、(7.93±1.02)分、(33.28±3.29)分,高于对照组的(6.10±1.34)分、(6.28±1.27)分、(6.98±1.05)分、(6.74±1.14)分、(27.65±3.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化护理管理模式的实施能有效减少消毒供应中心腔镜器械管理中不良事件的发生,提高腔镜器械消毒管理质量。

Objective To explore the application value of the digital nursing management mode in the disinfection management of endoscopic instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods From September 2020 to August 2021,the relevant data on disinfection management of 3446 laparoscopic instruments received by the Disinfection Supply Center of Nantong Haian City People's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,1723 packages received during the period from September 2020 to February 2021 when the digital care management model was not adopted were the control group.The 1723 packages received during the digital nursing management model from March to August 2021 were the observation group.The occurrence of adverse events in the management of endoscopic instruments and the quality of disinfection and management of endoscopic instruments were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events of endoscopic device management in the observation group was 1.10%,which was lower than 2.26%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total score of endoscopic instrument recycling,endoscopic instrument cleaning and disinfection,endoscopic instrument packaging,endoscopic instrument distribution score and endoscopic instrument disinfection management quality scores were(8.29±0.73)points,(8.01±0.79)points,(8.13±0.80)points,(7.93±1.03)points,(33.28±3.29)points,higher than the control group(6.10±1.34)points,(6.28±1.27)points,(6.98±1.05)points,(6.74±1.14)points,(27.65±3.10)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the digital nursing management model can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the management of endoscopic instruments in the disinfection supply center,and improve the quality of disinfection management of endoscopic instruments.
